During onboarding and ongoing, we take the time to evaluate the current set up to make sure that clients are using the best and most up to date technology to make sure they are functioning optimally in THEIR business. We don’t require that they replace it or purchase new equipment if it isn’t necessary. We are transparent, you get automated reports to see the status of current systems and the work we have done. To continually ensure we provide the best support, regular business reviews are conducted which detail the current state, future plans, and new recommendations.

The team is led by Ben Marcel and Amy DeJean. Ben, the founder and CEO, strives to use his technology background and understanding of business operations to communicate how to position the best return on technology investment for the businesses they work with. Amy focuses her CFO and Business Development efforts using her experience in sales and marketing and business management to add additional value to how their services are delivered. With this combination of skill sets, Ben and Amy’s goal is to provide the best technology experience possible for their clients.
